The Accelerator Kizomba Programme

The Accelerator Kizomba Programme takes each learner and makes sure and definitive progress in a short amount of time. It is not about speed but rather about EFFICIENT teaching methods where ‘stuff sticks’. The programme looks after each student, ensuring that they have a DEEP LEARNING experience. Each cohort eventually becomes like a healthy family community, who support each other throughout the journey!

Led by experienced, qualified teachers & former Kizomba champions - you will reach your dance goals in a shorter period of time.

We deliberately build a community that’s warm and friendly. We have space to work with FIVE COUPLES to ensure time and attention and the space to grow, make mistakes, ask questions, develop etc. So in many ways it’s like a private dance class.

The approach enables you to learn in a fun way and absorb details that can get lost in general social classes.

You will go on a journey learning not only about dance but your body, your relationship with it and with others, the different music genres, artists, culture, social etiquette, history, the links between Africa, the Caribbean and Europe as well as develop understanding know - how of how to navigate the constantly changing dance scene. You will have the skills needed to navigate the social dance scene also!

You will;

1. Become a BETTER dancer - Happier in your own body!

2. Become a WANTED dancer - Getting more invitations to dance

3. Become a COMPLETE dancer - Well practiced and knowledgeable in the dance, music & culture!

• Beginners & Intermediate Levels

• Professional Dance Studio

• Maximum intake 10 Students. 5xLeads and 5xFollows

• 2nd or 3rd Saturday each month. October to June .
